How do we export our panela?
1. Request and quote: Client contacts us with their request: type of panela (natural or flavored), desired presentation (Retail or industrial), approximate volume and country of destination.
2. Order confirmation: Once the proposal is validated, we offer to send physical samples for quality verification. The volume and final presentation are determined for issuance of a pro forma invoice.
3. Production and packaging: We manufacture the requested batch at our facilities in Boyacá, Colombia. We ensure quality, hygiene, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
4. Documentation: We prepare all the documents required for the international process.
5. International Logistics and Shipping: We coordinate dispatch according to the agreed INCOTERM (FOB, CIF, DDP). We work with reliable logistics operators to ensure safe delivery.
6. After-sales support and follow-up: We remain in contact to ensure successful delivery and provide technical or commercial support.
